This friendly stranger invited me to join the February blogathon. I know freeze-dried only via my friend a.b, but I am certainly grateful for the invitation. As a side note, I thought a.b. had disappeared from the internet but I discovered tonight that she actually has started a new home called Jumbo Jibbles, which I am assuming is the name of her line of artisanal pet food produced from African elephant flesh -- available on Etsy. Correct me if I am wrong about this.

The rules are: "one original, meaningful post per day" from February 1st to February 29th. I am getting started on February 5th because I make my own rules and no one is the boss of me.

Coming up tomorrow: writing about something, or possibly writing about nothing, or even more possibly forgetting that I committed to do this and not writing anything at all.
